I ministered in three different churches on Sunday. The first service was in the Noah’s Ark Church at 9 am. The church was located right in the downtown of Tegucigalpa. Because it was the Pentecost Sunday, I ministered on the Acts 2, The outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God released mighty river of His Spirit upon the people and they experienced the power of God in a very tangible way. Some people received also healing miracles after I released the word of command in Jesus’ name, a partially blind eye, migraine headache, and healed back among others.

The second service took place in Gerizim Christian Center at 2 pm. It is a large church with attendance of over 3000 people. The church serves as a ministry center and headquarters of ADEMIC – an apostolic pastor’s and leader’s network of over 150 churches across the nation. This network is lead by Apostle Roberto Ventura who is the founder and senior pastor of the church. The service was attended by 700 young people and just after the first song the power went out. I preached using “Human Sound System” as you see in the video clip. The response to the message was incredible and the youth received the fire of God very willingly.

The last service was in Pastor Herminio Avila’s church and followed the same good pattern of preaching of the Word, impartation of the Holy Spirit and praying for the sick. In the end I felt tired and happy. Jose Castillo and Sam Leppanen are a great team to travel and minister with and they performed superbly. Thank you guys and thank You God!

During our second ministry day here in Tegucigalpa we had the privilege of meeting with several pastors and church leaders.

The first appointment was to meet with Pastor Pedro Guardado who is now the head of The Church of God here in Honduras. He is overseeing about 1068 churches in the country. They planted approx. 60 churches last year, many into communities that have very few christians.

In the video you can see us with Pastor Pedro planning future ministry outreaches into parts of Honduras that are most in need.

Next we traveled through some heavy rain that flooded some of the roads on our way to Centro Cristiano Gerizim Iglesia (Gerizim Christian Center), a Church of 3000 members. There we meet with Apostle Roberto Ventura, Founder and Senior Pastor, he oversees 150 churches and 14000 members in Honduras. With also six other pastors from different parts of the country.

On Sunday I will be speaking at Centro Cristiano Gerizim where we expect to have roughly 1200 in attendance. It will be broadcast on local radio and through the Internet (www.gerizimademic.org/drg/). The meeting starts at 2pm (4pm EST).

In the evening we held our second service at the same place as the previous night. This meeting had 2 to 3 times more in attendance with a strong anointing to preach a simple salvation message for the large crowd of mostly young people.

The service started with several healing testimonies from the previous night and also a prophesy that I shared to 3 young men.

As the Holy Spirit continued to move there was over 20 who were saved for the first time, and then as the general altar call was given, 99% of the people come forward to receive even more from God.

There is a real hunger and passion in the people of Honduras to seek and worship a God who is alive and moves in marvelous ways.

Watch the short two minute video clip from the day.

The church was called Los Del Camino (The Church of The Way), it was located close to the city centre. The praise and worship was dynamic, energetic and passionate, men and women carrying flags and dancing to the Lord. After the music ministry was my time to preach the word. I felt God giving me prophesies to the pastors of the church and one corporate prophecy to the whole nation of Honduras.

I ministered on Mark 1:38-42 “Jesus came to preach—to bring the Good News, to set us free, to love us, to touch us and to heal us”.

After the ministry of the word I prayed a corporate prayer of healing and got several testimonies: lady’s ear popped open, little girl’s headache stopped, scull fracture healed, hip healed and a lady testified that she had been suffering from depression but through the released word of command she felt the fire of God going through her head and coolness in her back and she felt like the burden was lifted up from her shoulders.

Then it was time for the altar call and basically everybody came forward to be ministered to, and their response and hunger was rewarded by the Lord. The Holy Spirit moved peacefully yet powerfully and around 90% of the people were slain in the Spirit by the power of God.

The service lasted about three and half hours.
Good start for meetings in Honduras. Glory to God!

In Luke 5:17-26 and Mark 2:1-12 we’ll find the story of a paralytic healed by Jesus. The paralyzed man had four friends who wanted to help him by bringing him before Jesus.
In this story we can find the main ingredients of a service where miracles happen by Jesus.

Component # 1 The Presence of Jesus

Mark 2:1″…it was heard that He was in the house.” In present terms this means that we are after the living, tangible, manifested presence of God. This is the ultimate reason of why we gather together and He has promised that He is with us when we gather in His name.

Component # 2 The Presence of The Word

Mark 2:1 “He preached the word to them.” He preached because the word builds up faith in people’s hearts. He preached beacuse the revelation is being imparted through the word. He preached because God’s word is living and active and more powerful than any two edged sword and has a life-transforming power in it. Faith comes by hearing and hearing comes by the word of God.

Component # 3 The Presence of The Miracle-working Power of God

Luke 5:17 “And the power of the Lord was present to heal them.” There was the word and there was the anointing to heal and perform miracles – that is a beautiful balance. We need to be sensitive for the flow of the Holy Spirit and we need to distinguish what the Lord wants to do in different settings and services. Sometimes there is the anointing to prophecy and see visions. Sometimes there is the anointing to heal. Sometimes there is the anointing for inner-healing, comfort and consolation. Sometimes there is time for impartation of God’s fire. Sometimes it can be that all these components are present in one service.

The key is that we as ministers of the Gospel have to exercise our faith and dig deeper to the wells of the miracle anointing of the Holy Spirit. We need to have the full manifestation of the Living Christ in the midst of us but it takes somebody to be willing to receive, believe and obey to see miracles today. Are you one of them?

Listen to this message at www.saalem.com.
